Has it been discussed in here:? Is Hugo maybe stalling on the permit because he wants KRY to get less and he wants to keep more of the money, once gold is flowing? I've never read the contract, not sure if its even available to read. But my common sense tells me that whatever % due KRY when the POG was $400 or so surely isn't going down so well with Hugo now that a 2.5 x factor has come into play.
