GW,

Yes, the low share price has got me baffled as well, particular with the proven # of ozs of gold on the property and with today's price of gold you would think the financial institutions would be all over this one. I believe many of the institutions are watching from the sidelines until Chavez gives the okay to mine the property and then there will be a flury of trading activity. If Thurs is any indication of volume and price movement with no news, what the hell can we expect when Chavez approves the Project? FYI, about 9M shares exchanged hands in the US and Canada on Thurs with a $.30+ increase.

Some other possible reasons for the low share price-

- You must admit there is a mystique factor about this property, as no Company has been able to mine it since discovery in 1964. Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the Property has changed hands 3-4 times, but the only gold removed from it has been by illegal small mining operations. Some investors believe Chavez will never mine this Property.

- the potential to nationalize natural resources in Ven has also spooked interest from investors on this play and may be a contributing factor for a under valued share price.

- the Chavez risk factor is probably the biggest reason for the suppressed share price - he seems to keep everybody second guessing what he's up to and what's on his hidden agenda.

Anyways, the wait is soon to be over and I believe it is going to end on a good note! Hang in there.
