...came away with no doubt that permit will indeed be issued but it may take longer than we think.....especially after listening to Ballinger (GRZ CEO). He was a good speaker and put the whole Venezuelen "risk perception" in perspective in addition to explaining that Venezuelens have a different perception of time. It simply is not important to them. One thing i did notice is that amost all companies had the CEO do the talking rather than a "front man". I understand that our CEO's communication skills may not be the best...but it would be nice to have the guy in charge standing front and center. Minefinders had a good presentation. Interesting stock. Excellent free lunch of salmon or chicken with nice salad, vegetables, roasted potatoes and cheesecake made Jim Sinclair's presentation that much more enjoyable. Two-ply toilet paper and clean seats in the rest rooms were a plus.
