To be honest, I was not very impressed by GRZ's presentation and judged by the price action, neither was the market.

I have said it before and even discussed it with Doug B. but I still have doubts about GRZ's ability to get the $730 million financed.

Memorable was his failure to mention that although they boast to have a permit, they still do not have permission to break ground or cut a tree.
