Not sure why we are waiting! One could add conjucture as to why. In one of my previous post I did suggest that perhaps they are waiting for something positive to announce, but that was just conjucture. However, it is year end financials and perhaps they are waiting for some auditor notes to finalize the reports; that would be my best guess.
