Bull Frog -- I'm not saying anything will or won't happen soon. I am simply saying that Kry, at least in emails to me and I think others, say there are no outstanding issues to be resolved. They have maintained that it has been a matter of focus on the part of the Environmental Ministry. Personally, I think it is not a matter of focus but a matter of accountability. That is, Ortega simply does not want to sign off for whatever reasons (future liability, or doesn't like foreigners, or something else not related to an outstanding Kry issue) So, now they seem to be saying that Sanz can move the matter along (presummably in spite of Ortega). To the extent that he can, I was simply coupling the hypotheses and saying that if Sanz can get to LC, then hopefully there won't be any other problems (for him to seize on) and the permit would soon issue. I'm not saying Sanz will visit LC soon (though I hope he does) or that the permit will subsequently soon issue, just that I am not aware of any other issues. Look, I don't know anything more than anyone else. Also, I would put absolutely zero stock in any statement by posters implying that they have inside information. I am basing my decisions on best publicly available information and logic (as dangerous or unwise as that may be). I am as tired of this saga as everybody else, but the uncertainty and potential payoff or loss comes with the territory.
