Gotta say that I'm kind of tepid on Bill Cara ... smart guy but I think he makes his share of gaffs. Not to say he will be right or wrong here, but I think I will go with HondoBuds 8 ball. By the way, who's releasing his book, the Venezuelan Environmental Ministry? It seems like release has been put off more often than the Kry permit.
