Chavez will visit Ciudad Bolivar

The director of the UBV in Ciudad Bolivar reported that the event is scheduled for 6:00 pm on Friday President of the Republic, Hugo Chavez, will be attending this event Friday at the graduation of the second Promotion of Senior Technicians University of Venezuela in Ciudad Bolivar (UBV).

The event is scheduled for 6:00 pm at the headquarters of the UBV Ciudad Bolivar, said in a press conference, the director of this university, Sergio Garcia, who noted that this act egresarán 219 senior technicians in three Academic training programs.

Garcia explained that this promotion, which is named after the father of the fatherland Simon Bolivar, graduated senior technicians: 19 in social communication, social management and 70 in 140 in environmental management.

"The transfer will take place simultaneously with the headquarters of the UBV in Caracas and Maracaibo," said the director of the UBV based in this city.
