"Ask yourself, what if the Sanzman already visited LC?   Remember the last time VZ ministers toured the LC site, they did it from a helicopter window.  Perhaps Sanz already made his inspection and gave his recommendation.  With the distant sounds of choppers over LC, you have to wonder if the Sanzman walked out of HC's office earlier this week with a signed permy?  Maybe a cermonial gala in Bolivar is on the agenda?  Two things are for sure, this project is way overdue and the host with the most will be wearing a red shirt in Bolivar today."
