Chavez suspended its programme Sunday by an internal election in his party
The president of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, suspended the publication today of his weekly "Hello, President 'because of an internal election in the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) presiding, informed leaders of the grouping.

The PSUV meets today a day of integration of their so-called 'battalions' (instances base) from which will emerge the teams supporting the activity of the ten vice-chairs of the party.
The president has predicted that this month will be structured grouping, which meant the disappearance of a score of parties and social organizations were dissolved to join the PSUV, and then address the municipal and regional elections on 27 November.
Allies who did not accept disappear, including the Communist Party of Venezuela (PCV), expressed their desire to be part of a so-called Patriotic Pole next to PSUV, to try to maintain the majority they have in the 600 charges of governors, mayors and members of the provincial legislative councils to be renewed within seven months.
The official candidates will be elected by mid-year, as the election machinery combined base and the designation, according to spokesmen have said PSUV and PCV, among others.
