Chavez has known all along the problems in Bolivar and other states. Probably worse in Bolivar. Here HE comes (white horse etc.) how bad things are - "If I had only known how bad, I would have corrected these problems." He throws Rangel under the bus, implies money was available, but Rangel did not use it for the people. Now the Savior(Hugo) will make things happen in 2 weeks. This was a staged event to get voters again looking to him for help - and Voila. The Mighty Mouse theme "here I come to save the day". He is going to use this theme to announce many projects - the Big ones being 5 - 10M jobs with LC & LB. That's my crystal ball. Get the Bagel ready for April 20.
