Regarding "wash sales"....is that a two way street? In other words...let's say that KRY gets the permit and I sell all my shares (that I've owned for more than a year so that they are classified as a 'long term' holding) on the pop. I then buy back all of my shares at a lower price within the 30 day "wash sale" deadline. Do I still keep the long term tax status of the shares?
