I stand with bkb. GT was just quoting someone else when he made the statement about Ortaga. I'll go with RM on this one. I have found him to be true-full in his statements and yes optimistic, but true-full.

As i have stated ounce before he said Ortaga is not against the permit just wants to make sure it was done correctly for after all its her but on the line ( according to vz law). She is very laid back and does not talk to reporters, this may be why she is looked at as not being in favor with the permit. RM also said she is very good at her job and does it well. A good point may be if Hugo tells her to sign it, she will, and its off her back, smart move on her part.

Now if you want more proof (you) call RM and ask him! I personally don't know where to get more info. Give me a number to call and i will but it has to be an English speaking person. lol
