I believe on Apr 20 Hugo will announce approval or support for the KRY/GRZ gold projects. The visit by Hugo has been orchestrated as a result of Rangel's and Hugo's recent trip to Brazil. I believe this upcoming event was discussed, planned and finalized during their travels and project approvals are about to unfold. Hugo can't procrastinate the projects any longer. He has got to provide employment for the demonstrating, distraught small miners, as the govnt has never lived up to the small miner programs they proposed. The small miners no longer want lip service they want a job!

This is the perfect opportunity for Hugo to win some ground back from the voters of the Bolivar Region, if he wants support for his modern day socialism program and he wants to extend his term beyond 2012. Mining should be a large part of the economy in Venezula, so hopefully he won't blow it.
