You have to remember there is a reason Greywolf and Tradewinds have accumulated 40M plus shares.  If you were going to "acquire" that much of a company wouldn't you do everything in your power to keep the pps low and keep pounding it down and accumulate along the way.  No reason to pump it up and accumulate at higher levels.  Right?  They have the upper hand overwhelming the retail on the ask to not drive the sp up and keep throwing in small amounts of shares on the bid.  A few days its got away from them especially 3/24.  At 9:28 and 9:29 just prior to open that day 300k went into the market just prior to open that made the pps fly, who was that?  It wasn't short covering because short interest acually increased during the period.  I believe this caught them off guard.

Nine days later the mining inpector for Las Claritas was announced followed by Alo President this coming weekend in Ciudad Bolivar.
