I don't think he said that Kry would need another permit after this one. I think he was simply trying to make the point that, given the current players in Venz (ie Chavez and gang), that one can never be certain that they won't intentionally slow things down once again with something akin to an "Initiation Act" if they have a political need to do so. At least that is how I read it. In point of fact, as per RM, after Kry gets their permit and constructs the mine, milling/processing plant, etc, they will have to get approval (akin to building inspection in US) that everything is up to snuff before they can actually extract and process ore. Will this take long? If everything is more or less on the up and up it shouldn't. In any case, company value will be somewhat dependent on actual time until you begin extracting ore absent any interuptions (ie the closer to that point, the greater the value or take over interest), and also, ongoing political risk that could do who knows what.
