Some chick named Marisol, a temp, finally answered.  She said that Cottin sometimes takes calls, but was fairly clueless overall.

She did say one thing of interest: Cottin is out meeting with officials this week and would not be available for any telephone calls until at least next week.

I doubt that it is worth any further effort to contact Cottin, seems that he is either too busy or too self-important to talk with investors.
