It was this, and other information uncovered by Roy and Todd that has given many folks their enthusiasm for KRY. Unfortunately, the time frame (which if you notice, Mr G is pretty much vague about) is assumed to be sooner rather than later.

Since Alo Presidente will likely come out of Cuidad Bolivar, an integral development plan may be mentioned, this plan might make a passing mention or imply Las Cristinas is included, but likely no mention of a permit or notice to proceed.

Regardless, this does look good in that we are taking steps, although they be wobbly baby steps, towards the goal of a permit and ground breaking.
