no_bear and BossK, here's the summary of our posts. no_bear's posts seem contradictory. The vote count should change and doesn't. Just look at the number of votes for even the most prolific posters. I would expect more than 20 or 30 votes if the system was working. And, the score average doesn't change as it should for small counts (and probably for large counts too):
I said, "Once a person votes on another, he/she can never vote again."
no_bear said, " Actually, you can change your rating of other posters by just clicking on the star you want now."
I said, "It almost never works. The vote count doesn't change and the score doesn't change. I have communicated with Agoracom."
no_bear said, "That is because you have already voted and it is counted in the total, one volt rarely changes the average much unless the poster has few ratings."
