Absent news, at some point technical traders will recognize an opportunity and buy in. IMHO, that is what caused the last rally, not news.

Many say technicals don't apply to KRY, but absent news I believe they do. Granted these will be short term trading opportunities, but if you want to make some chump change and lessen the pain, I would trade it. There will be at least a brief bounce when/if KRY makes a new 52w low. This represents a 100% fib retrace of the last up move.
