I am no Hugo lover but many of the things he is doing in vz i feel is being misunderstood. The land that he just took back!! It was not the current landlords in the first place and it was not being use the way it was intended. Hugo is only taking back the portion of land that was not the landlords in the first place, a fact not know by many, or is not being edited that way. That's on the agricultural side

This is how many thing used to work. A country was granted a concession and found gold. Another country would come in and get 5 concessions and they found gold. Well another country would come in and get 15 concessions and they would only mine 1 or two of these concessions. They did not have the capital to do all of them.

So vz is taking them back and reissuing them to someone that will work the concession. This is being done with all entities.

RM also made the statement is that all the entities like horizon, that where taken over by the government where payed for their business, and if ask, said they where happy with the buy out.
