While I am optimistic near term, allow me to nitpick in regards to your suggestion "just keep buying on the dips". I appreciate the spirit of your statement, but there really haven't been any "dips" over the last month. Rather it has been one long continual 35% decline. Hopefully, we will see a big change in the near future, but I think only on actual word of the permit.
