The only thing that has been negative lately on this stock is the pps. Most news articles have pointed to something happening soon. Another excerpt from an article Saturday:

the State is working on a proposal for development of the sector in the coming days will be put to the estimated 35 thousand miners who concentrates on bolivarense entity.

This was 3 days ago...In KRY time we all know the "coming days" could just about be any time line but sounds like something is near.
