If the information received by Crystallex required clarification, why the rush to resume trading? Trade resumption occurred BEFORE the news wires had the opportunity to send the notices (one of my alerts was issued at 11:03AM EST and one at 11:11AM EST). The cease trade order would have been extended by the exchanges if there was any indication of confusion. Given time, MANY retail investors would not have sold if the information had been properly construed. A project of this magnitude would not be shelved by a "Director General of the Administrative Office of Permits" IMHO. Until Sanz or Chavez denies us, I'll hold and possibly add to my position...
