No Bear, I noticed that also...nothing from VZ nada. This is a huge decision by VZ if it is the real deal. The majority of Minamb news is sent over the wire from ABN which is VZ's gov't news agency. Anything gov't oriented is usually put on ABN first. I look at the news on ABN all day and I have seen nothing today on this. You will usually see a story of Minamb doing something periodically even just planting a tree. Very strange indeed. A document rcvd by the CVG from a lower level official not Ortega and such a large project and nothing in the news.
