thanks for your legal insights also-----what do you mean by the statement------"Any remuneration would benefit the shareholders going forward from that point"? Are you saying that you need to be a shareholder of record when the lawsuit is filed? What if you bail out now? Can you still get remuneration? Because if you can bail now and still get remuneration for that portion of your loss---why not?What I am trying to say is----to hell with the cheese, I want out of the trap. I don't care if I ever make a dime in KRY as long as I can be fully and fairly compensated for all the stinking lies coming out of VEN.
