Don't know, but I did notice that every single press release today said: "Officials from the Ministry of Environment could not be reached" anyone notice that and why is that? One of the most important announcements from M of E to date and the officials can't be reached? Hello..what about the low level officials that made the announcement. I don't think we should get too far ahead of ourselves here until an somebody of "real" authority says something. Like I said before this could be Ortega taking her way out of the "liability" issue and waiting for the Chavez decree to come through....not sure this would happen but nobody of "real" authority has said anything about this yet that I am aware of.
