Copei called to defend companies in Guyana

Creating a united front in defense for the compañìas de Guayana, for democracy and private property, suggested this Sunday Raul Bravo, president of Copei regionally.

Bravo said that the president of the Venezuelan Corporation of Guayana (CVG) and minister of Mibam, Rodolfo Sanz, "has come to Guyana to loot the mining companies based in the southern municipalities."
The leader of the green awning noted that the actions taken by the authority against Mibam Hecla, PMG and Yin Yan, to the detriment of the people of Bolivar state.
Bravo stressed that the production maintains Hecla five tons of ore per year, while over CVG Minerva. "Sanz came to Guyana to create uncertainty, and make people deal with people," he said.
Similarly, he stressed that there are no reasons or grounds, leading to these mining companies were nationalized.
Bravo warned the Government's intentions of putting national "the glove" to all companies in the country, hence their call to the rest of the regional political organizations, and the candidate mayors and governors, to raise their voices in protest actions that go against the interests of the Guyanese people.
"The intention of the national government, together with the president of CVG, is to seize the only means of production that exist in the southern municipalities," said the leader to finish Copei.
