magowl---I'm with you on this one----The paragraph that I relied on to make my investment decision reads as follows----"In the formal notice that MinAmb sent to the CVG, it was stated that the Enviromental Permit WILL BE ISSUED following the payment of taxes and posting of the bond." WILL BE ISSUED is not conditional. It didn't say maybe, it didn't say might, it didn't say could, it said WILL. Surely there must be legal protection for shareholders who relied upon that info when deciding to invest.
