The occupation by the Venezuelan National Guard is a component of the Mine Operating Contract Crystallex has with CVG and the Republic of Venezuela. The number of NG has been stepped up as a precaution due to anticipation of increased "activity" of small miners as a result of recent events... the potential for riots etc. They don't want the property to be overrun by locals. Crystallex has been given no indication or direction to leave whatsoever. I know this to be true because it is. I have been a Crystallex shareholder since 1997 and have never posted false information on any of these boards.
