This can't be right. If Rusoro or Goldcorp decide to attempt a hostile takeover of KRY does the bidding really start here:

337 million fully diluted shares(source Agoracom homepage) divided by current market value of 73 cents U.S. = $246 Million !!!!

$246M divided by about $20M gold oz (estimate only) = $12.30/ oz of unmined gold.
