A long time ago, Boss and I discussed this and decided that the board would remain open to diverse opinion as long as it is carried out in a respectful manner.

We all have some level of frustration, doubt and hope here. While informative posts and the discussion of those posts is most valued, posts about potentially negative subjects can have value in people evaluating their KRY holdings.

One good example is bmh's question about lawyers and arbitration. While it is a bit early for that IMO, some think more long term various end games out and that is certainly a valid issue.

The posts that are not helpful are conspiracy posts WITHOUT any links to provide credence. The constatnt whining posts of those in real pain must also be allowed (to a point) but are validly open to non-hostile criticism.

We are also mindful of the large number of newer IDs and will be on the alert for Yahoo bashers trying to slide in.

For now, lets all find as much real information as we can and discuss it. I think that the bagels should go to anyone that can find stories that Infojoe is missing, but likely we will all go hungry on that one. LOL
