Question -- Richard, In your April 30 Pr, Kry makes mention of potential avenues of response to the Minamb letter including an "application for reconsideration by interested parties under Venezuelan law". Can you briefly elaborate on what this consists of? That is, is it an appeal to reverse the apparent decision to the current application, or the refiling of the application, or other?
RM -- As I understand it in the Venezuelan Bureaucracies a party has the ability to appeal for the reversal of any position and effects directly to the original writer (source). If the writer does not reconsider or withdraw any effects it can be appealed up the chain in the department. If there's no satisfaction moving up the chain then other measures and processes can be considered or taken.
