Reuters must have been listening to me because they added a real quote from a real person,

"In Venezuela, (work stoppages) are not unusual, in fact it is probably the normal course of business," said Vicki Veltkamp, Hecla vice president for investor and public relations. "We don't see it materially affecting operations."

Work stoppages....sigh! If only. Never thought a work stoppage would ever sound so good but at 69 cents/ share????
