CVG and Sanz

One thing that has me bothered.... I have read that while KRY mgt has been taking the passive role of appeasement (surprised? not me) the CVG has been aggressive in seeking out answers.



Well, Sanz is the President of the CVG and he appears to be the one who sponsored the denial. How can the CVG be aggressively seeking answers if it was their president who made the decision?



Can anyone enlighten me? I have been hitting my tequila bottle quite a bit since I returned from Mexico so I may have missed something.
