Razzy,
I am not so much making a statement as asking a question. My statement was based on what I have inferred from a variety of articles but I am questing like everyone else. I remember some statements in articles where he mentioned the mining industry was messed up and he needed to fix it but nothing to contradict the denial.
My concern mainly stems from an article that stated the CVG is earnestly seeking answers, but if Sanz is the man incharge of all these actions going on as many articles indicate then that seems in conflict with what is going on.
Please don't take my comments as a statement but rather as a question. As a Spanish speaker, I read the original articles rather than the translation and everything seems in conflict with Sanz appearing to agree with the result if not admitting to being the cause.
Again I am just searching for answers and not implying a statement of fact. If I conveyed that, then I am sorry.
One of my degrees is in international affairs and everything involved with this seems in conflict with what a normal country of reasonable intelligence would do. I simply cannot believe that VZ would risk the political damage they will receive by renigging on a contract for which they recieved payment (taxes & bonds). I am just trying to uderstand the Sanz/CVG relationship.
