Good..seems to be primarily about how MIBAM is going to accomplish the planned exploitation of mineral resources...honorable mention given to the environment in general but not to Minamb. Hopefully Minamb is the tail and Mibam is the dog. This would makes sense in a develping country starving for jobs as long as the environment is not ignored.
