It's nice that they are on sound legal footing, and I presume Kry is on equally sound legal footing. But as they say and we all know, time is money. This PR doesn't give any sense as to how the matter erupted, how it will be resolved and how long this will take. It may still simply be a matter of Ortega not wanting to sign off on the permit. If so, we'll see if Sanz will tell Hugo to just sign it, as per GT. What the market needs is clarification and assurance that the project(s) will happen and in a timely fashion... legal saber rattling isn't an effective method of achieving that. Hopefully Kry will issue something that addresses the matter in a more reassuring fashion as we only have $.56 to go ... this is brutal. -- JMO
