Ballinger made a statement that showed GRZ was being proactive, meeting with officials and had a strong legal position. He also stated that no one (except perhaps Minamb) thought that mining should be prohibited in the Imataca forest. Lack of a similar statement by KRY leaves me feeling...well....uncertain. With a 20% drop today, apparantly others are feeling uncertain as well. The market does not like uncertainty. A good CEO should come out with some type of statement that can quell uncertainty to the extent possible, given the sensitivity of the situation, and the information available to him. We've been patient. A week has now gone by. I believe there is a "rhythm" to this kind of thing. We need some type of statement tomorrow (imo).
