KRY management can come out with a statement and indicate the following types of general information...much of which has already been conveyed by Richard Marshall on a piece meal, phone call by phone call basis:

Who is on the ground for KRY in-country? When did they get there? Have they met with any officials? If so...what branch of the goverment do they represent? They can acknowledge what we as shareholders have been dealing with for the last week and "assure us" that all that can be done is being done. I'm not sure I follow you about not getting a letter. Call it what you will...we got "word" a week ago and now our shareprice is down quite a bit. Please note that conveyence of the aforementioned information would provide no new information....nor do I think it would step on anyones toes or compromise any negotiations taking place in Vz. Nevertheless....I believe SOME type of public statement would be appropriate at this juncture.
