Well, I don't know if I would say glad. It's not like we haven't already gotten masacred. That said, at this point, the most important thing is to determine what the source of the problem is, show a course to rectify the problem, and then issue a PR that will convince the market that not only will this backward step be rectified but that the permit will be issued in a very timely fashion with no more BS to follow. Legal saber rattling is not helpful IMO.
