I was not calling anyone on this board an idiot and I did not intend to offend anyone. I was referring to the folks who post this stuff on Yahoo!. Basically, you are right, there was a Bloomberg article saying that Ortega thought Hugo was going to make a decision 'this week'. The thought that Hugo will make an announcement that he is going to make a decision is ludicrous. There might be a meeting this week and it may be Thursday, but it is all rumor. Speculation and rumors on permit timing should not be spread on this board - unless of course they are related directly to the Ortega Bagel Competition.

My point yesterday and today - is that Bloomberg has been histoically allied with the manipulators of this stock. I am trying to raise awareness that they may not be a trustworthy source of info, but it is up to everyone to do their own DD.
