I asked the following and got this respones from RM:

Richard, Just a couple of questions. Did CVG file their rebuttal. Did GRZ file their rebuttal. Is it possible or likely that President Chavez will make a decision on the permit as per the Bloomberg article.?

Hi, xxx, as per our press release, the CVG had informed us that they'd also be sending a rebuttal to the MinAmb Director. Not being a public company their disclosure of the action may not be immediate of visible.

I would assume if GRZ begins a similar process they'd update their shareholders.
We saw the Bloomberg story on the weekend and it certainly appears that this issue and project may get attention at the very top of the country. We are working to get this resolved and the project on track.
