hondo, these projects have always been a political hotbed....the one thing that has been largely unsaid is that LC/LB could very well be the "straw" that broke that camels back......in zulia they're talking seriously about succeeding from venezuela (thats kinda like texas saying "we're our own country") meanwhile chavez says he will meet any "rebellion" with force....the folks in bolivar seem pretty united about this kry/grz thing going ahead and are real pissed off to begin with because they have NO jobs/food right now.....chavez better play this carefully or he could have two states on opposing fronts against him.....thats a recipe for civil uprising imo......and say what you want about socialism, if people get it in there head they're fighting for freedom or liberty......look out!
