This is an interesting time if you believe that it is now up to Chavez to decide with Ortega recommending a thumbs down, Sanz and apparently most others in Vz recommending a thumbs up. Down you potentially lose up to $1/sh, thumbs up who knows where it ends up? If the decision is to be rendered soon (next couple of weeks), I like the bet.
