MDA, can someone (with computer skills)help?

the following is a link to the MDA or (all you ever wanted to know about LC/MOA/ETC but were afraid to ask)...it's a great source for DD but the problem is i cant find a good way to post it....to access it you have to type in the code, click submit, then wait 5 minutes for the damn thing to download.....thought some folks might enjoy it but i dont have a user friendly way to post it......the actual moa is on/around page 304 (not the executive summary version)...
