Specifically, if you decide to challenge the recent ruling, does the MOA restrict Kry relief within the Venezuelan judicial system, or can you also seek compensation through foreign courts? RM -- Contractual disputes between the CVG and Crystallex should be handled in Venezuela under the MOC. Investments and actions could fall under the Canada/Venezuela investment protection treaty which has broader venues.
