I agree this is not the end!

There are 2 scenarios:

1. KRY does not mine LC. But the problems that would begin from that point would be huge: Thousands of unemployed and hungry people will not sit quietly. Government officials who support KRY will not sit quietly. Legal proceedings will begin. Many, many voices will want to be heard. More problems will begin, not go away.

2. KRY does get the permit. Thousands of people are happy, except for 1 Minister of Environment (who in the past was happy to collect taxes and a bond)
