I have gone through the articles and I can not find anything that tells me this is any different than what was stated on April 30th. It also does not contradict her statement that only Hugo can grant the permit. According to an email I got from RM, that meeting has not taken place and I see others received the same.

So why would she change her stance now when her but is on the line.

To me nothing has changed and she has not. But what she fails to mention and no one asks her is why she aproved the EIS and took the money if this was illegal.
