Why don't HL, RMl and GRZ seem to be affected

HL was up big today.

Rml is up after hours.

GRZ is not even trading after hours.

So where is the panic. I still say that this is designed to let the shares be bought very, very cheap; otherwise, all the shares would be selling off.
